Other than answering a few question, it was a relaxing afternoon and the results are wonderful.

Worth every penny

It is great!! Thank you!!!!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.uverse never worked well after installation -- we kept getting Samsung menu -- still a problem we have to watch for == we are using UtubeTV which works better we had to cancel uverse which we really liked We have a SECOND Geek Squad to fix problems for which we were charged another installation charge

First time calling using Best Buy queen squad

Finally I called Best Buy and they send me a persona to analyze my home and game me a great prise. Love the work they done l.

I was 1000 miles away and the techs communicated with me every step of the way. Great service and communication!
