Geek Squad connected my computer & taught me shot cuts to my Email and printer in a very efficient way. Geek Squad also reprogrammed my tv remote to my surround sound system.

The television is a good size. It makes me feel like I am in a theater. I liked having the the availability to finance the product. This is the first television I have purchased in twenty years, and it is fun!

Carefully unpacked & set up TV on top of entertainment center. Quickly helped get the smart tv services setup and operating. Professionally cleaned up/removed excess packing material.

The young man was there on time and was very professional. The only complaint was when he connected the tv to the wifi. He didnt show me how he did it and the tv kept losing the wifi signal. I ended up setting it up using our password instead of the way he did it. All is fixed and working perfectly

I have used this setup service before. I have no complaints with the professionalism with which the conducted themselves while in my home. They were very respectful to my wife and that is very much appreciated.

The agents installed my new sound bar and woofer and instructed me in using the new sound system. I’m elderly so I had to give it full attention. The enclosed directions read like Greek. Thanks to my Geeks I’m up and running.

The delivery team arrived early and had our old 85" tv off the wall and new tv mounted in less than an hour. Fast and efficient service.
