Very nice and went through all the steps to make sure internet/wireless was connected properly and sound was clean.

The taking away of my old TV is now on its 6th attempt. All previous times were canceled or unprepared. I have wasted my time being at home away from my work to wait for this disaster. I will go somewhere else next time.
