I was very happy with the performance of the Squad. The leader gave me her business card for any issues; there were none but I will definitely use their service again when needed.

The guys were great quickly set up the TV and also teach me how to use remote very knowledgeable

New where to mount it so it looked good in the room.

I assumed that because I paid for the coverage, an actual Geek Squad member would come to install. Instead, a 3rd party contractor came. Although he was mannerly and friendly, I felt we got the "bum's rush" when I wanted more info about the actual TV and how it works. After the initial visit, we called again to have someone out because the color is not good. I'm not sure if it's the actual television or how it's set up. I tried twice to get a REAL Geek Squad person to come and both times, I wound up cancelling because they want to send the same guy back! I had to go physically to the Best Buy Store and speak to someone in order to get a GS tech to come out. Still not resolved because they can't come until 3/4/20!

After the agents arrived to set up my new TV, it was discovered that the existing stand was not compatible with the new TV but they quickly remedied the problem and got it set up in time for Christmas present.

Two Geek Squad members installed and set up our new 55" tv. We couldn't be happier. They were very professional and helpful. The whole procedure went smoothly. I could never have done it that quickly myself.

The agents unboxed and did a complete setup of my new 75 inch TV, including hooking up my existing sound bar. I couldn't be happier!!

The Geek Squad set up my audio system and it is working very well! Setting up an audio system is much more complicated than one would think so the Geek Squad did an awesome job of making our sound awesome!

Television is excellent product and employees were professional and personable. Great service.

Delivery was fine however there was a number of missing items form this order. Not very happy with the outcome. I would not recommend purchasing the open box without first opening the box and making sure that everything is in it.
