Technicians arrived on time. They were very professional and followed Covid protocols. They made sure everything worked AND they took away the large box!

The Geek Squad was able to transport the 65" tv that was too large for my car and set it up in working order and remove the old tv, relieving me of any risk that I might have encountered.

I needed 2 of my other TVs connected. So I paid for the geek squad service for a year and the techs hooked those up also.

We used the mounting bracket the Geek Squad recommended. It was not cheap, but it is definitely solid and will hold a larger tv if we upgrade in screen size. Out tv is a 65" LG.

The installer didn’t “have time” to set up a couple streaming apps for me and his verbal instructions were too techy to understand.

Great service. Geek sqd is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Best Buy. These guys are Pros. They explain things, vary courtesy and wont leave till the customer is satisfied.

Excellent Geek Squad tech - knowledgeable & efficient.

I did not have my tv mounted but they made certain it was all connected correctly. They also took the time to give us instructs of the different ways we could use the remote.
