    The agents were great. Brought in, unboxed and set it up. They then taught our family how to use the smart tv. They also helped getting apps going.

    Geek squad did a good job installing my TV but could have spent a little more time explaining the settings. I feel a little lost not knowing if things could be improved on depending what I'm watching.

    The Agent Set up my TV but could not connect the Surround Sound System. I was told to replace the Yahama Receiver. I ordered a new Yahama Receiver from Best Buy and I am still waiting for the completion of the Hook-Up to the Hisense TV.
