they did what they could but I am still having trouble get disney+ and amazon prime on my tv. However, i'm able to get both on my computer.

Geek Squad came in and did their thing installing my new Sony OLED. Showed up on time and had everything in order quickly.

I am very much a technophobe and fear screwing up the modern computerized everything so it was worth it to me to pay the right people to install my TV and make sure it was programmed, etc.

Install was finished and neat and clean, issues were not prepared with right tools for the job. Had to give them assistance with measurements otherwise would have had tv mounted 18" to high. Also were not able to have tv fully operational at time of install had to call another technician for assistance. Guys who came out were friendly but o guess I was expecting a more professional job for what we are paying for. Had a second crew come out and they completwd the job fully. I feel more training on Best buy's side needs to happen in order to competitive with other competition locally

Geek squad was very fast and professional in setting up my 65" TV. Had TV, all components, and home theater all hooked up in a little over an hour. Checked everything before they left.
