Great Job, I'm Happy

They explained the basics and made sure I understood what to do...since I am a senior citizen. Very polite technicians.

Initially happy, but poor follow through.

Unfortunately, he did not check to see if the DVD player worked appropriately which it didn't. We had to return it for an exchange and we're now waiting for the new one to arrive.

Samsung Soundbar for TV

I was expecting the same level of expertise and 'ease of use' that I experienced from the tech who gave me the estimate and advised me on what to do.
