My tv was set upland I was given a show and tell on how to work the remote which sense got lost but ordered new one. Very pleased with the service.

Our tech William was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to help us set things up the way we wanted and explained several features which were new to us. Very patient.

On time and set up TV and remote very efficiently. They also synched my cable box remote which was great.

I can always depend on Geek Squad! I was notified when he would arrive and he cleaned up after his self when done. I always call Geek Squad when I need help with electronics.

They were here in the time frame noted and got the tv up and going promptly.

TV is great, everything I expected it to be, but not so much for the installation. had the geek squad set the TV up for me since I had surgery so I could not lift the TV. I bought the TV on 11/30 and was to have it delivered on 12/5, but the stand was defective so they had to take the TV back. the scheduling on the system was messed up and it seemed like no one knew what to do to get the system corrected. I ended up getting my TV almost 3 weeks later. Not a good experience. they did give me a $150 gift card for the delay though.

I purchased a 77" LG Oled TV and paid for the install. I was very please with the TV choice and getting it installed by the Geek Squad!

The TV and the technicians arrived on time. They were very friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly they were able to remove my 350 lb Sony Trinitron from its basement location.

Geek Squad did a great job with our television hookups. They asked precisely where we wanted them, made recommendations when asked, and triple checked before making the installation. We were quite pleased.

My installation was not provided by the Geek Squad but by a Best Buy contractor. They had no clue about how to set up CEC so that you can use one remote to to control a receiver and TV. They tried to convince me that you had to "program" the remote. I dug through the TV menus while they watched and set it up. The TV sits on a cabinet and they did not run the cables through the stand as it is designed to do. They also made no attempt to center the TV on the cabinet or to put the cabinet back into its proper place. So my wife and I had to struggle with getting doing the job they were supposed to do. We are 70+ years old.

The service representative who installed our TV and sound system were amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
