I love my 83" SONY TV. It is more than I thought it would be,

TVs are becoming inexpensive with a beautiful picture. Samsung is unsurpassed in picture quality. Worth paying just a few dollars more for the extra pixels.

The service tech was extremely helpful ,, knowledgeable and very professional All my questions were answered and the tech really explained in detail the options I had available Excellent technician !

Best Buy sent a third party to install my tv! They did a good job! Very nice and professional!

This service is outstanding. The Geeks were on time and efficient. They answered all our questions and more. The only way to go for the perfect setup.

Arrived on time, finished in about an 1 hr, cleaned up after themselves, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would do again. Installed 70 inch on tv mount, hooked up surround sound, xbox, and blu ray. Great service.

Upgraded from a 40 inch Toshiba TV bought in 2007 to this 65 inch, the big picture works perfect. We love it.

The agent set up the tv very fast. He was very knowledgeable about the features. He set up our apps so we can get the most out of tv.

Thanks to the very informative operating instructions and training on how to use our new Smart TV that the Geek Squad installers gave me. They were very patient and explained everything I was not clear on.

Installed my new Sony 77” TV perfectly, and even showed me the best way to be able to move it when seated in different areas of my living room.

Techs positioned the television in cabinet but not address the built in software issue. They tried but ended up taking back the new tv and resetting the old.

We had purchased an LG 4K Smart TV for my elderly in-laws and we had The Geek Squad hook it up for them and to show them how to use the TV. They said that the G-Squaders were very patient and helpful.

The techs unboxed, mounted, and programmed the tv for all my apps and streaming services. Everything was done for me. I had no setup to do at all.

The agents did a very good job putting together my cabinet and hooking up my bose soundbar. They showed me how to work the soundbar, and was very courteous.

As always I get the help I ask for. Even if I have a stupid question, they answer with respect and kindness. thank you
