I'm not technologically advanced at all, so having someone come to install everything and provide an explanation was excellent. It's also nice knowing I can call if I ever have an issue or questions.

The guys were very professional, although I didn't personally meet them. I bought for my folks, and they installed. My parents liked them a lot, and I spoke with them on the pone.

They figured out how to use an adapter to make our old Bose system work with the new LG TV! They were true Geeks & great to work with! We give them a 10!

THe representative that delivered and setup out new TV and soundbar was awesome. He showed us how everything works and set everything up to work with the internet and our subscription service.
