The agents set up my TV and connected everything while explaining everything so that I was able to fully understand how everything worked.

I’m very happy with the product and Michael Rodriquez was great .

The agent installed both tvs and the large tv stand. He connected all the accessories and was an extremely pleasant individual, He worked quickly and was unfettered by the tv which was broken in transit by an outside vendor.

They were great. They came on time and set up the TV and helped me with ordering a part I needed to connect my old VHS player.

the agent worked on main computer couldn't find an answer to fix it -changed info over to laptop recycled old computer parts.

John from geek squad that came out and set up out 65"inch 4k Sony. Was very knowledgeable, explained in detail and made sure I knew how to work remote and get to different apps, and movies and 4k .

Great service - rep showed up on time and did all that was asked and yes took away old Samsung that burnt out - wasn't even 6 year old! Geek Squad was very nice and easy going.
