Darrell and Andrew were better than excellent! They were personable, professional and nice guys! if you are lucky enough to get them on a tv install like we had, you're in good hands

Received call prior to arrival. 2 techs which made it quick and efficient. Didn't have proper equipment from cable company so TV could not be completely hooked up- but that was my error

The technician arrived on time, was easy to talk to, explained everything. Connected my DVD , set up sound bar and coded the remotes. Took away the packing boxes. Very good service.

It involved moving an existing tv and replacing with new Sony. The sales write up did not include a mounting bracket but the installer had one on his truck for the existing tv.

Geek Squad mounted my 75" tv along with the mount. They did a great job, very quick. They put it exactly where I asked. Looks great.

Sam was wonderful but I believe that Best Buy needs to send out two people to set up the larger televisions. My husband needed to assist due to the size of the TV. Not Sam’s fault at all.

The agents that came to hook up my tv were very cordial and very professional . But they were unable to hook my tv because they informed me I would have to purchase a wall mount because it would not fit on my stand

The GS setup my tv and devices and made sure everything worked properly before they left. Number one reason I like the GS is they explain things in simple terms.

The Geek Squad came to my house and reset my LG Smart TV and set up Sound Bar. Extremely helpful - knowledgable and went the extra mile to make sure my 83 year old mom understood how to use.

Overall rating not excellent. It was poor. Installers not trained, didn’t have right parts and didn’t clean up.
