    This is the second TV delivered and set up by the Geek Squad, and once again, I was happy to have this service. The guys had the TV in place and setup in record time. I'm so glad I was introduced to TotalTech advantages, and will continue to enjoy the benefits that having tech professionals ready, willing and able to help me with my tech purchases.

    The 2 Geek Squad agents delivered our new 55” Samsung TV, hooked the cable box and external speaker. They connected the smart TV to our Wi-Fi and set up some of our streaming services while explaining the procedure to us. They patiently answered questions we had regarding the the features of our smart TV. The agents were professional, efficient and courteous.

    Set up a 55 inch and 43 inch very quickly, cleaned up all the wires to make it look neat and shipshape. Demo to show us how to use both. Terrific experience.

    Adam to a great job setting up our new Sony Masters series TV along with connecting it to a Bose 900 sound bar. He had to download the Bose music app to my I phone then run several updates to the sound bar for it to function correctly. I could not have achieved this on my own. They mounted the TV on the wall as well and level it with no wires showing. Just a complete professional job. Tganks

    it was easy to set the appointment I was updated via text frequently in the says leading up to the appointment The tech showed up wihin the appointment window The installation went very smoothly and all the tech's suggestions were spot on. The products and their operation were clearly demonstrated and the tech made sure I could operate the products I was given contact information in the event I needed follow-up help. All in all, a thoroughly good to excellent experience.

    The squad guys showed up on time, went about their work applying their experience to programming the Comcast remote and cleared the box when done. There was no way I could have done this with only my wife helping. They definitely had the experience to get this job done professionally.

    These guys were great. They were professional, personable and efficient. They had me set up and running in no time with helpful instructions as to the functionality of my new TV and helpful hints. Well worth the price to have everything taken care of for me. They were patient with me and my numerous questions as well and even told me what I needed to connect some older equipment to work with my new TV. Thank you for this service and the friendly members of your Geek Squad!

    Excellent service by our Geek Squad tech. He delivered it in a timely fashion, maintained social distancing & wiped items as needed. He removed the broken old tv & boxing for the new tv for recycling. He was knowledgeable & efficient - I did miss some items but was able to figure out everything as he had set up the remotes. I was impressed with Geek Squad’s overall service experience & will be looking to use Best Buy in the future for service & install.

    The agent set up my TV quickly and answered all my questions. This was a set up for my Mom through my Total Tech membership and worked out great. My mom is so happy with the service and her brand new TV. The agent was helpful in letting my mom know that her cable digital box was no longer working and told her she should call and get a new one.

    i give the Tech David 5 stars. With his knowledge and service to solve my in sync sound issues, I now have been able to watch all programs with matching sound and movement of the lips. It was good to get a live person and tech that listened to my issues with concern. THANKS!!

    I felt I could connect my new 32 inch TV all by myself, but I was not certain that I would be in control of the cable box and my VCR when I was through. So I arranged for Geek Squad to help. (That was a miserable experience in part because I tried to do it by calling Best Buy and the phone service just after Thanksgiving was almost nonexistent and automated. I had questions I needed answering before I could schedule an appointment.) BUT once I got to a person (who was very supportive), all went smoothly. ☺︎ The gentleman who installed my TV was very capable. And yes, in connecting the devices, there were places that appeared on my TV screen that I never would have known to explore. When he was done, I had a "master remote" that controlled the TV AND the cable box and the access to the VCR. I did not need three remotes any more! Magic! ☺︎ And then he tutored me on how to navigate! ☺︎ ☺︎ Life was soooo simple - for those first few days. Then I hit the Mute button. Yes, the TV went mute. ☺︎ BUT I could not get the sound back - nor do anything else for that matter. It took me at least an hour of struggle, before I was in control again. I do not know what buttons I pushed or selections I made or in what order. I know I stumbled onto many of the mysterious areas the installer had gone and had made selections and moved on. My excursion was in no way purposeful and I have no idea how I finally succeeded. But I am in control now. ☺︎ I have learned a lot about the options that are available in the set up of the TV and that is a good thing. BUT I no longer have a "master remote". Nope, I need all three remotes once again. And at the moment, I do not dare to recreate the "master remote". I just do not know enough to try.

    The agents who came to install our television were professional and friendly. They knew what they were doing and made us feel comfortable as they set up and explained how to use the remote. We’re both 81 and not too tech savvy but we could do the things they showed us after they left.

    Antiono is the best. Everything works just fine. Clean hook up on all my stuff and tested everything and showed me how and why to use the controls.
