The technician worked at my house for hours setting everything up, teaching me how to use everything. Really worth the expense for someone who cannot possibly set up on her own!

The 2 gentlemen were professional and know what they’re doing. Also they were patient in answering our many questions.

Geek Squad Agents took great care removing 55" HDTV above fireplace,attached stand ,relocated it in another room in home and reconfigured all wiring for excellent viewing.

The Geek Squad was top notch and did a fabulous job installing an 85" Samsung Frame TV.

The technicians did a great job of setting up my new tv, a 75in. Samsung tv. They set it up, explained the tech of it so that it was easy to understand.

The Geek Squad, Tom, was most knowledgeable and most efficient in getting our new Samsung TV and Sound Bar connected and operating correctly.

The first tech came by and was very nice, but he didn't have skill set (or hardware with him) to do the install on the ticket. The following day a second tech came over and did a great job (and had all the right tools).

I am still waiting to get the TV fully connected to my hearing aids. This is the main reason I got a new TV - I wanted to be able to use it with my hearing aids. They did a basic installation. The crew were very friendly. The Geek Squad was super. However I need a digital to analog convertor to connect to my hearing aids. In addition, there is another piece we need. Antonio is working on this. I had made an appointment to follow up on the installation because I could not initially get in touch with Antonio. When I did get in touch with Antonio, he told me to cancel this appointment. He will call me when all the parts are in. I wasted over an hour today trying to cancel this appointment. The office staff and on line support are horrendous. The online appointment feature was not available for some reason. Antonio and his team get 5 stars. The office support and web site appointment feature barely get 1 star. The reason they even get 1 star is because I cannot give them any lower.I have nothing but rave reviews for the Geek Squad. I used Best Buy when I purchased my MAC in 2012.I was delighted with the support. I want to buy a computer now and I am questioning if Best Buy is my solution. The Jury is out .
