We have learned to depend on the Geek Squad for all of our electronic devices. Always first class treatment.

This was a good group that connected the devices. With the faulty items they have to come out twice. So I was without tv for about a week. Luckily I reconnected the old devices and got the pictures up in about two days.

Very polite and professional men. Geek Squad installed my TV mount and TV qiuickly and in a professional manner.

The agents came earlier than the time and hooked up the 65" and my cable and sound bar. They were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job.

The installation was initially done by Best Buy Contractor without regard to convenience of viewers and proper placement. The Geek Squad came and changed the location of the mounting and completed the mounting within minutes.
