    With all the features that the new generation of TV's have it is important to have it properly installed. My only concern was that the Geek could have spent a little more time going over the features to make sure we understood what he installed.

    Arrived within five minutes of scheduled time of arrival. TV installation was quick. They went over basics of operation and cleaned up afterwards.

    I went to Best Buy to buy a new TV on Thursday. Saturday morning the guy was at my home to set everything up! You can’t get any better than that. Good job BB!

    Even though it cost a bit more, I feel it is worth it. Geek Squad is what sets Best Buy above wholesale clubs or online deals. It is 90% of my reason, not to go somewhere else.
