Contracted delivery people were very helpful.

However, I wanted a tv with a headphone jack. The tv I purchased did not have one even thought Best Buy’s specs for this tv said it did. I checked several times before purchasing the tv. Once I realized It did not have one I tried calling and using the chat service to find out what to do. Both were over an hour wait so I went to the store. The solution was buying wireless bluetooth headphones and paring it to the TV. Works great but cost me more money. Last time I checked Best Buy had not corrected the specs.
