Took four delivery appointments to get my product and install. I had to make several calls and even go to local store to confirm product was available. A third party delivery and install team had been assigned and twice I received a call the day of delivery that product could not be found to be delivered as arranged. Not sure if appointment, inventory or outside company had updated information as each one was reading a different computer screen. Once I was told delivery would be by 1:00 pm and I should wait until then. However, it was already 3:00 pm when I called!!

I didn't have to do anything but plug in my HDMI's and I was done. Offered me cables at great price, the cables, I didn't need, I returned hassle free.

The guys that brought it in were nice enough, yet they could of showed us more of what the TV did then just how to turn it on and off.....

Excellent sevice. they installed a new 77" Tv and hooked up my Bose speakers. Can't do without the Geek Squad.

Geek squad is worth every penny. They are great people and they do great work. I would recommend this to everyone.

The agent mounted my TV and completed all connections, and removed the old TV.

Fantastic two installers and very accommodating to moving TV to compensate for my physical limitations.

I liked very little about the whole thing. When I purchased the TV and the plan I was told it would be delivered and installed July 2. On July 1st at 5 pm I got a text saying my installation was now scheduled for July 14, zero for customer service and promises. Only good thing was the installers were pleasant and finally got the TV working with sound as well as picture.

Geek Squad did a great job setting up my TV and getting the WiFi attached to everything! Really nice guys that know what they are doing. Thank you so much!
