The Geek Squad member was polite and efficient. Had me set up very quickly and took away the old stuff.

Agent set up my 43" Smart TV quickly and without any problems. Trash was taken away. Also I had them take my old TV away - that was a great help.

When I placed an order for this service I was told the window of time on the day of delivery would be 7am till 7pm. Wow. THats 12 hours of waiting. So the Associate then said I would get a phone call giving me a more narrow time frame, I assumed, the day before the delivery . No one called. At 8:30 am on the day of delivery, I get as phone call from Geek Squad telling me they would be at my house in 20 minutes. TRouble was, I was in the shower and missed the call. THey showed up and I was blow drying my hair. They said they rang the doorbell. I never heard it. 20 minutes later I see the phone message . I immediately call the Driver. No answer. I wait 5 minutes, still no answer. I leave a message,, "Come Back, I'm home". No one called back. I call your help desk. THey say they are on their way to the next delivery and I will have to wait 2 more weeks for them to come back. So I asked for a refund. Verizon ended up coming to my house and hooking everything up 2 days later at NO CHARGE. You people need to get your act together. Horrible customer service. Geek Squad people were the worst.

The Geek Squad guy was very good at his job. Had the TV up and running in 20 mins.

Unfortunately, the agents weren't advised that I would be mounting the TV but they provided the service in a professional manner.

I set up the tv. The Geek squad hooked up my CD player and my home sound system. They did a wonderful job and everything is working perfectly.

The geek squad delivered, installed and made sure that we were comfortable operating our new 75 inch Samsung tv. They removed the box also!!

I'm really enjoying my new t.v. and sound system. What truly made it, was the installer, He was awesome, can't say enough good about him.
