We had Geek Squad install our wall mount and conect/pogram our TV. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

GREAT DELIVERY AND SET UP. THE TV SOUND IS VERY POOR FROM THEIR SPEAKERS.

Due to viewing problems related to the viewing angles afforded by the original TV mount and how it affected 3D and 4K viewing, This service is the basic connection of video components to the TV and verifying that they work properly. I had set these up before they arrived and the simply moved the cables after mounting the TV. If you want sound set up, that is a separate charge, and not necessary for most installations. The Geek Squad was efficient and courteous. To be honest, it was much better than what I expected. I would give the Geek Squad crew 5 stars, but the service product itself is not anything special, but, as I said, it must be purchased if you want to add on the wall mount service.

This was a gift for my invalid brother and was delivered and set up on time with great care and concern for his condition.

It's actually a reset up due to a renovation. TV was down for 2 months or more. They made sure everything worked to my satisfaction. I was very impressed.

This tv has more options that I will probably use but it was a great value.

Installers set the TV on our stand but had to be told to center it so it looked nice. They hooked up most of the wires but we had to replace/pay for a new wire that was lost during the installation. When asked about a user manual for the TV they didn't know enough to tell us that it was not a hard copy but an online manual. Hope to never have them install anything for me again. The installers were NOT geek squad personnel
