They ONLY bungy my sound bar cord to the TV cord and than plugged it in. So WHY was I charged a "install charge" of $49 for the sound bar??????

When they set up my equipment they also explained how to operate it. They answered all of my wife and my questions. They did a great job. Would highly recommended them.

Installers did a good job installing, cleaned up the mess and made it look nice...but. They were supposed to run cables and power through the wall. They drilled a pilot hole to check and told me there was a fire block that they couldn't work around. It wasn't that but actually a stair case on the other side of the wall. If they would have double checked, they would have been able to run the cables on the other side of the back of the TV, two feet over. I ended up having to do it myself later. I know now next time to ask them to try again. Anyways, that's why the loss of two stars.

A must if purchasing an oled tv. Oleds are very fragile, and the larger the tv the most difficult to wall mount.
