Geek squad was very professional in installing my new Sony TV. They set it up explaining how everything works and answering my questions.

The representative hooked everything up seamlessly and gave me instructions on how to operate the remote, etc. Very helpful and ON TIME!

We were having trouble getting the DVD player and Netflix to have sound. I had called LG customer support to no avail. Looked for a you tube video. Nothing. Justus and another gentleman with the geek squad came out and had it working in no time. Thank you both. We also had 4 remotes. They showed us a universal remote which we bought. They set everything up and taught us how to use it. They would show us and then have us try it. Smart, quick, considerate guys. Very happy with their service

I was so happy with the excellent customer service and set-up Mike gave me on the 20th of this month.He explained everthing in full detail,asked me if I had any questions and when I did again explained.. A wonderful experience and he even cleaned up after the set-up and picked up papers,etc

We had a 3rd party contractor set up our 55” Samsung TV instead of the Geek Squad. We had no prior knowledge that it wouldn’t be the Geek Squad. Still, he did a good job in bringing in the tv , setting it up and showing me and the wife on the controls and remotes. The only negative was he wanted to log us in to our internet. We were uncomfortable with him doing that. We did it ourselves but he still wanted to watch us put in our router password. After he left, we changed our router password. Can’t be too careful.

Anthony delivered and set up my new TV and took the big old non-working one away. He connected the new one to everything and showed me how to use it. He also set up my new Roku at later appointment and showed me how to use it. I'm very pleased with the service. Everything is working perfectly and I am enjoying my new setup. Anthony is very knowledgeable and professional.

In about 20 minutes the Geek Squad did what would have taken me a few hours. Then they showed me how to work it. Absolutely NO STRESS! Thank you, Geek Squad

The Geek Sqad was amazing!! They quickly set up my tv, then took the time to show me how to use the remote control so I could access my Dish network, as well as my streaming services. And they took the trash, including that big cardboard box with them!

The young man who installed our TV, not only brought it by himself, carried it into the house, and assemblied, it with an efficient manner, competent, and very kind. That makes a big difference, in our opinion, of someone who comes into our home, and knows what he is doing. He was so welcoming and kind, enjoying what he was doing, and let us know he had never ever put this tv together, before. Reading the instruction booklet and putting it together with speed and care. Making sure his work area was clean and tidy. He told us, every step he made. . .and assured us, we would be experts by the time he left. Giving us confidence to be able to work this tv, which was different from other's we have had. Mostly giving us a pep talk and not talking down to us, but encouraging us, on every segment of the installation and operation of the TV. Even the speakers in the TV, are so much better than our other TV's. Randy and I were so impressed with this young man, his kindness and knowledge on this tv. That sure help, when you are unsure or out of your league on working tech items. Thank you for sending this young man. Not a Best Buy Associate, but an independent contractor. . . .that was beyond helpful, caring and nice. After an unsuccessful installation by a 3rd party installation, the Geek Squad came to listen to my concerns, analyzing the situation and proceeded to properly set up the TV to my requests.

I was impressed by the service. Arrived on time. Very professional without being stuffy. Courteous and friendly. Knew exactly what they were doing and got it done quickly and efficiently. Explained things to me and answered my questions. Left no mess behind.

The setup was excellent. Everything was done without problem and the agent was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He demonstrated all the features of the TV including ones we failed to ask about. When he was done he cleaned up everything. Except for the new TV you would not have known he was here.

Enrique installed and set up my new TV. He was great and so patient, explaining how to work the remote and how to get to Netflix, reviewing steps over and over for me until I understood. I was very happy with my Geek Squad installation!

These two gentlemen were super outstanding. After I waited the alotted time, I noticed they were highly sufficient in giving me the full rundown of how the tv works and quickly made sure I was all set. Absolutely loved the teamwork from them and also was greatly satisfied with the overall support.

The Geek Squad came over and mounted everything and hooked it all up.

This was definitely a good decision on my part. The technicians were careful in setting it up. They were very professional in what they knew and how to connect my various devices such as sound bar and streaming boxes. They fixed the cords so they weren’t hanging all over everything. They asked me questions so they would do it my way. They patiently showed me how to maneuver, how to connect, etc. I am so pleased.

Geek squad removed old tv and installed new one. On second visit they determined it was defective and ordered me a new one. On third visit they installed the new tv, removed the dvd/vcr player and installed the new Blu-ray player. They did a number of adjustments and analysis to make sure the tv, player, and streaming services were all compatible and worked properly. I appreciate that they stuck with it and kept coming until they got it all to function properly. Thanks geek squad.

Love the t.v., excellent picture. I have it paired with a klipsch cinema 600 sound bar and 10 inch sub. I had geek squad set up and pair with the internet, cable and other devices. It was easy for them and has worked flawlessly since. My wife and I are amazed every night at the upscaling picture quality. I do enjoy hockey and the motion rate has removed any puck blur we had with our old t.v. Very happy with the purchase.

Great crew. They assembled the TV on the stand, situated it on my entertainment center, and did all box hookups and remote syncs, efficiently and correctly. Very polite and professional. You can tell when people care about the job, and they did.
