Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek Squad came out and determined that our tv was working fine but our cable connection was not strong enough to do anything with. They recommended that we get with our service provider to get things fixed first.
