    They were solid but there was an issue with the service I needed. I have not problem when the installers are actual Geek Squad/Best Buy employees. I am not a fan of their vendors.

    They arrived on time. and finished the job within 30 minutes. I like how they located the studs in the wall and not just bolt the TV to the drywall using cheap bolts.
