Conflicted!

My T.V. was not initially set up when delivered as the delivery team advised another team had to do the set up. This was not explained at the time of purchase. While this is not a Geek Squad issue, I had to wait two weeks for the next available Geek Squad appointment. As for the actual set up, it was completed properly and within a reasonable time. I will note, they did not take the box.
