    Geek Squad techs did a excellent job

    Alex and Bobby did an excellent job by relocating my existing 85” TV to a higher position on my wall. They were both very courteous and friendly. They also installed another TV in a bedroom and took the time to go over all the features. Both Alex and Bobby went above the call of duty, keep up the excellent job.

    Geek Squad installed a Roku Streaming Stick.

    The Geek Squad agents installed a Roku Streaming Stick on our TV, which was not a smart TV. They then gave us lots of information on how to stream and what things were in the various choices available to purchase for streaming. The agents were both excellent and very knowledgeable!

    Setup is Easier with GS Help

    Turns out there are many more steps to properly setting up a new TV than just plugging it in. It actually took about 20 minutes to run through all the necessary settings and get things ready to go. The GS agent took us through the entire setup, which we would have found much harder on our own. Their experience in getting things done correctly is essential.

    The Tech was told to just deliver TV per his work order. I explained to him that it was a delivery and set up. He made time to do the delivery and set up. We had issues with the TV stand that we thought we were going to hang the TV on. He tried everything he could to get it to work. In the end it didn't. But that was not the Tech's fault. He was very nice.

    The agents put together our TV stand and set up our TV. They also set up a new TV and explained how to use all the components. Another agent came the very next day to set up a sound system and helped problem solve issues with an olderTV set up. Everything is working!

    My set up of TV, sound bar and DVD player was done before i could blink an eye. The 2 guys were professional and made sure everything was correct and i understood how it worked. Very respectful of me not being tech savy!

    The two Geek Squad agents installed my TV quickly and explained everything about it. They even told me my Comcast box was old and that I should take the old box back and get the newer model so my picture would be better. I thought the picture was great and when I got the new box it was even better. It’s too bad Comcast charges so much and then can’t notify you when they have upgrades. Thanks to the Geek Squad my picture is even better than I could have imagined.

    First set of techs were excellent. They went through all the settings on the TV, connected my devices, remotes, etc. Had to exchange TV which was easy but second set of techs sort of rushed in and rushed out. Didn’t offer to set up my directv or roku remotes to control the TV like the previous techs. Thank God I knew how to do it or it would have been a needless call to tech support. Both sets of techs clean and took everything away as agreed.

    Geek Squad Set Up a LG 55" C1

    Agents were careful with setup of new C1 and removal of old 192# tube set. Showed me how to use wireless to take advantage of HBO Max. For our household's needs, tech service was outstanding as to punctuality, set-up, clean-up, and courtesy. Though set could use some fine tuning as to its potential, we understood setup is not a professional calibration. Overall, very pleased.

    The 2 Geek Squad members showed up on time. And it took them probably about a half hour to unpack and set up my tv. It was well worth having them do it. I could have done it but it would have taken me so much more time to do so. Kind of like moving into a new house You can spend all day doing the heavy lifting or you can hire some movers who are experienced and it’s done in a shorter time. All you have to do is sit back and relax for the most part.

    I live alone, so I definitely needed assistance getting the TV set up on the stand and on my entertainment center. The Geek Squad person was super knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He set me up, gave me pointers for configuration, and took my old TV to be recycled.

    Agent Parsa (from Tukwila) was super nice & very efficient. I cannot remember the other Agent's name (Federal Way)! My apologies, but they were both great! Wore booties, masks, gloves, etc. Sanitized the remotes and took all the trash with them. Luv the TV! The Geek Squad are better at customer service than the Best Buy staff. Interesting....

    New TV from Best Buy

    The wonderful folks from the Geek Squad delivered and installed the new TV and also trained my wife and me on the new smart Sony TV. They even checked our bedroom TV to make sure it was working well, too. We love Best Buy and the wonderful Geek Squad!

    Two Geek Squad gentlemen arrived to deliver our new 65" Samsung TV. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional! They set up our new TV and made it simple for us to understand how it worked and how to operate the remote to accomplish what we needed. It is our first Smart TV so we were grate for the guidance.

    The service provided by the Geek Squad personnel was amazing. Not only were they able to re-install my OLED tv correctly but they also gave my home theater system a tune up. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. If you are investing in a high quality tv or sound system, I highly recommend that you utilize the services that the Geek Squad offers.

    I can't stress strongly enough our gratitude for Ricky Garbrandt and Kat. They set up our new TV, sound bar and Blu-Ray, explaining things along the way. I was more stressed than Ricky when our Wi-Fi didn't operate properly! He stayed at it until everything was completely set up and working. He never made me feel like a fool (I am) and seemed willing to stay as long and necessary even though it was Friday afternoon and he certainly had better things to do! Big fan of the Geek Squad!
