    Arrived on time, very polite and did the job satisfactory. Only thing I had to get RCN to connect my wifi (forgot my password, my bad) But managed. Your employees are very helpful.

    They called when they were in their way. Set up of wall mount bracket and tv above fireplace in New house was seamless. They reviewed the tv menus with me and asked if i had any questions. They cleaned up when they were done.

    Only complaint I have is that it takes two hand monitors to turn the television off. That seems excessive to me and it is inconvenient but that does work
