The techs were really nice and knowledgeable.

I believe it is a programming issue, or maybe it's just me. However, when I tried to call for someone to come back out I was told that I had to disconnect my TV and bring it into the Geek squad. I have spent a decent amount of money this past year & always was happy, until that phone call, very disappointing. Would recommend Geek squad techs, but not the people who answered the phone that day
