The people that came to do the setup were polite and knowledgeable but they were around 3 hours late in the window of time I was given. That is not acceptable when I waited almost two weeks to get them to do the install. They also did not wear shoe coverings in the house. One of them used my bathroom without asking which is common courtesy.

The salesperson and Geek Squad individuals were great. However, Best Buy's outsourcing of call centers and installations makes the customer experience horrible if things are not routine. Customers cannot call the store directly for anything, so calls go around the world to more "nice" folks who are not in a position to solve problems which would be simply resolved with local relationships. I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for 3 decades but am so disappointed by the poor customer experience that I will never make a purchase there again -- if I cannot install myself.
