    The quality of the work: outstanding! The snarkiness of two of the three installers towards this 60+ year old customer and his wife is inexcusable. As a former manager for multiple stores in multiple companies I know how a customer, whose home you’re working in, should have been treated. That didn’t happen. I would hope we would be treated with more respect in the future, because we weren’t respected this time.

    Quick set up but only plugged in the accessories no skill required. No real set up and adjustments to maximize the performance as indicated by sales people.

Our basic TV Connect and Setup service will include doing the initial setup of the TV, connecting to a video component, connecting the TV to an existing network, setting up voice controls, cable management, and providing education on how to use the TV. Geek Squad does offer more advanced tuning and performance options, such as calibration services, but these would not be included with this service.
