I was very happy with the technician who installed my tv.

Anas Issa did a great job helping get my computer set up.

The reps were professional, thorough, courteous, patient, explained everything and made sure I understood what they were doing

The geek squad scammed me with false lies never came to do installion they kept teh money hopefully i get reimburse for non installation of set for item. They cancelled twice on there part. They falsified dates . Very irresponsible team of non compliant towards Customers. They steal ur money only nit reliable whatsoever.

I am in no way a techie so I was thrilled that I could purchase delivery and set up from geek squad. He arrived promptly and was knowledgeable and efficient. I was, however, absolutely stunned to learn that the $100 I paid for this did not include mounting. He was already here and the equipment was installed - all he had to do was slide the new set into the existing track - I was charged ANOTHER $100 for this. I complained to best buy and geek squad - no one cares.

Geek squad in home service has always been great for me. I have never had any issues. Always perfect.

Great Work on installing my TV. Really happy to be a total tech member.

The tv and connected pieces worked for 10 to 15 minutes before shutting down. All connected pieces shut down. I was able to disconnect by sound bar and that relieved the problem with everything shutting down. I am still waiting for a Geek Squad to show up and see if they can get everything working. My purchase was on October 30, 2021, and it is now November 19, 2021. My new appointment is scheduled for November 26, almost of month from the date of purchase.
