    Paid to setup on stand(77in lgG5) as well as move another tv and set up sound bar but they said putting it on stand wasn’t covered even though I was told to order a stand elsewhere, but they also said it wasn’t from Best Buy. Then listed it in transit so couldn’t reschedule for 5 days despite all efforts of sales people. Then told they were at my house and I rushed home but no one there; but they listed the work as done but the pictures were taken in another house! Best Buy refunded my money and apologized profusely. The staff there had spent hours trying to rectify the problem, but couldn’t.

    Yes, they knew what they were doing, and were very careful. The only complaint I have is they never showed me how to use the "voice" command features. Otherwise, they did very good work!
