Took a long time to get back to watching TV.

So, the TV set quietly for a few weeks until a Geek came to our house and showed us how to turn it on. The remote buttons lack any identifying marks as to what they do.

29" TV mounted and TV Set UP....

The Geek Squad did not want to use the Sanus Streaming Media Panel that was recommended by Best Buy at the time I purchased the TV mount which is great. Unfortunately Best Buy says the panel is NON-Returnable. The TV hookup went well and the TV does work. I got more and better instruction from my 11 year old granddaughter that from guys who did the set up..... Disappointed as compared to prior year's experience. Jack
