Geek squad disappointed

Was very disappointed in that he spend no time on the remote control and how to use many of the features. I was under the impression that I would only need one remote and when I asked him why I would need to use both. His answer was that I needed a universal remote I then showed him the one I have. His reply was that I didn’t pay for him to use it plus I would have to pay another $50.00 dollars Geek
