    The set up of my new Television was a smooth transition. The technical folks did an outstanding job in a quick period of time. The saved me hours of time reading instructions and hours of frustration trying to set up the TV.

    The representative did an outstanding job. He carefully set up the new TV and the remote including connecting to my home wifi, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video accounts. And then he explained how to use the new TV and remote functions. I would use Geek Squad installation again.

    The agents connected my TV and explained the pointer (the name is gone) to me. I had disconnected the DVR after they left last time and had it where I couldn't even get a station. So it was a very simple problem for them. The biggest problem for them was explaining everything to me. I am so upset that you can't get a DVR that will tape while watching TV.

    Geek Squad delivered and set up my TV

    The delivery men called to let me know they were on their way. They helped move my old TV, then set up the new one including doing all of the settings (which would have taken a lot of reading and time and I probably wouldn't have gotten them all right). They were efficient and knew what they were doing. They did a great job.

    PCM mode for stereo audio systems a must

    They spent about a hour here and they mounted it on a Amazon stand and installed the audio system, dvd and Roku stick as well as the internet connection. The audio system, which had to be replaced was found to be incompatible with my 2013 plasma tv, so I got a new tv. The main problem they encountered was that the audio system didn’t report when the tv was connected to satellite, but worked fine with the dvd and Roku. Also the audio system cut off when the volume was up to 60. Not for sure if the audio system was at fault they recommend getting a swap for the audio system that was purchased elsewhere. They left the tv in self audio mode and said they would be happy to come back and try again. Problem is that I recalled reading the audio system manual that because it was a dedicated stereo system, the tv had to be set in PCM Mode which I found in the tv settings. Major problem solved. Also, my speakers were not properly bi-amped. Problem 2 solved. I canceled the appointment when the replacement arrived and returned the unit. I was pretty proud of myself for solving the problem and don’t hold any grudge towards the Geek Squad Techs. They tried everything possible several times to no avail. They were great guys otherwise and I hate to dock them a star. If it wasn’t for PCM mode, I probably would’ve had to exchange the audio system for a 5.1 or more to work right with the tv.

    I have had it for 8 months and we love it! We use a 4K firestick with no problems and multiple services including streaming Direct TV. Wonderful 4K picture!!

    The Geeks were on time, quick and efficient. I probably could have set up our new TV by myself, but I knew my wife would give me a hard time if anything went wrong, so I bought the service. Best $100 I ever spent.

    Robert and Truman Geek Squad Techs yall Rock !!

    Robert and Truman was Awesome, these guys came in and set everything up perfectly and answered any questions or concerns we had, They made sure the TV was working at its best including the setting for the best picture quality. Keep up the great service.

    The service provided was excellent when they came in it’s just couldn’t do together appt for not washer dryer and tv install and also install took a few appt that wasn’t connected between what I got and what showed for dispatch team but at last it was done right.

    The Geek squad did it all. The LG OLED tv was installed on an entertainment center along with an LG sound bar. Then we were taught how to us the remote which was pretty simple. We were pleased that we could utilize our comcast remote as well which we are used to. We like the mouse feature on the LG remote...very convenient when we are searching for something.

    Prompt, professional hook up of new set

    Two Geek Squad Members came and put together a new stand and installed the new set and sound bar. They also set up operation with Comcast and explained the operation of the set along with the remote. They also moved the previous set to a new location as well as reconnecting DVD unit along with other ancillary boxes. The two Squad members were personable, efficient and made the transition to the new set seamless. I would certainly use them again.

    Our issues were dealt with in our home by two professionals contracted by Geek Squad to perform such services. They were polite, knowledgeable and completed their work efficiently. I would recommend that Geek Squad tell the customer that "So and So" will be doing the work; not the Geek Squad. I didn't know who it was that called me for an appt. time; had to call Geek Squad to verify who they were

    Our agents were amazing! When they realized the tv we purchased wasn't going to fit in out space how we needed it to, they found a replacement that very day, returned the first tv and then brought back the replacement and set it up. And they were super friendly!

    The Geek Squad did an OUTSTANDING job of setting up and connecting my 77 inch Sony OLED TV. They proceeded quickly and efficiently through their tasks and kept me informed of options and operating data. The technicians stayed until everything was operating correctly. I had also paid for removal of the old TV set and they took care of a large and heavy set.
