Third Party Contractor installed

Nice man, knowledgeable, worked quickly, handed me a manual and left without explaining how to operate any of the features. I’m a retired senior now left trying to read manuals and make sense of it on my own. The sound does not match the lips of those who are speaking on TV. Will have to call and ask for an actual Geek Squad tech to come out.

One problem solved but the original still occurs

So so indtall still not good

Only fair setup; first time installed old house great job. I had to tell them not working a and seemed to just want to leave. Still not correct.
