    I paid for the Geek Squad service because there was no way I could lift the TV I purchased onto my TV stand by myself. I had no one to assist me. Geek Squad unboxed the TV and put it on my TV stand. They setup the remote and were willing to answer any questions I had. However, after they left, I had to unplug everything and re-do it. The cables were a total mess. You would think the Geek Squad service would include cable management.

    Overall, Geek Squad technician did a very good job in mounting the flat screen bracket on my wall. The studs were difficult to locate, but he took his time... it's level and looks great.
