Geek Squad did a very good job of mounting the set and installing the home theater system!

The guys were amazing. They changed what the policy allows. I had to pay an additional fee for putting the tv up. Yet, when they arrived the report didn’t state they were to put it up. I had two tvs but they would only do one. So there is a lack of communication between Best Buy and the company. To have it put up it would be additional cost. To have the outlet added… another cost. In the past it was part of the set up. Now, it’s just an additional warranty. Not worth it.

The team was pleasant and helpful but one of the techs (he seemed to be the lead tech of the pair) kind of rushed me through a tutorial with the new remote and used lingo I didn't understand. After they left I had trouble with it. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ADJUST AUDIO LEVELS EVER SINCE. Very frustrating. In addition, none of my Heos speakers in my home are working any longer. No idea if the TV install affected the speaker system. I can't even get my small JBL speaker to operate. I have had to schedule another Geek Squad appointment to figure out what happened. I'm older and low-tech and I pay for/rely on tech savvy teams to set things up carefully, check that they're functioning, and patiently walk me through operations. Very disappointed this time.
