They were knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining my TV and soundbar operation. They cleaned up after themselves and even left their business card for us if we had any questions in the future. Great experience.

Definitely worth it, and even better that it was included with the total tech package. Staff showed up on time, was courteous and efficient. They even put on covers for their shoes when entering my place. Highly recommend it, especially if you purchase a large tv screen like a 65' or 75' inch tv

I would have never paid to have someone hook up my new tv, but since the service was free I tried it out. I was extremely happy with the service, they called ahead of time and were even a little early, which was great so I wasn't waiting around all day. Now that I know how great the service is, I would pay for it in the future. So much easier having someone else hook it up in a short period of time, as opposed to me trying to figure it out and spending two hours doing so.

Benjamin Burkey spent almost 2 hours setting everything up. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous. He answered all of my questions and even called to check on things the next day! He was the best Geek Squad person that I have worked with and I would recommend him to anyone. You have a fantastic employee in Benjamin!

The agents set everything up for us. We ran into a little issue but Geek came back out that same day and quick-fixed it. We then ran into another little issue and Geek came out and fixed it a different way - the issue was not at all the television in either case but the soundbar hook-up that turned out to be very minor and easily solved!! We are extremely pleased with this television!!

We contacted the Geek Squad to get some information about a new TV we had just purchased. The agent was fairly knowledgeable, but was hard to understand. I don't think we were able to explain the situation well enough for him to respond with the information we needed. However, let us add, that we use the Geek Squad frequently and they are usually right on and we would recommend them to anyone.

The installer came on the assigned date and very efficiently and courteously assembled and installed the TV set.

The two guys brought my 43" TV, unpackaged it and set it up. They downloaded everything, tested the remotes and even gave me a brief tutorial. Outstanding service -- timely, friendly and competent. Highly recommend!

The Geek Squad is awesome. Smart helpful (we are old and need lots of help lol) and they set things up so they were simpler for us to use.

The set up was easy, for the men who came. They were very pleasant and showed me how everything worked. You won't go wrong using this option.

I figured I needed help setting up the new 4K TV so I had The Geek Squad set everything up…connecting to wifi for smart tv connection & just helping to take it out of the box & setting it up…not as young as I used to be. I was given an arrival time & was called to confirm approximate time of arrival. When the tech saw he might be a bit later than he had thought, he called & let me know. I wasn't sitting for hours waiting for someone to show up…very considerate. Great experience!

Professional and friendly installation and set up. Zack and Brian performance was outstanding in terms of knowledge, skills and ability to explain installation, set up, and operation of the Home Theatre system.

They put it where I wanted it and did what they could to set it up. The TV did not come with a needed cable and they did not have one but told me the type to get. I was forced to buy one the next day. The service was great but I was disappointed that Best Buy charges extra for anything.

The Geek squad guy’s came when they said they would, unboxed our TV and set it up. It only took them about 45 minutes and all during the time they were here they were very professional and explained everything they did. Very glad I had them do this for us.

Arron and Larry installed our wall mount tv and did a great job. They were punctual, helped us to get the right height on the wall, didn’t make a mess and were very thorough on showing us features of the tv.

Well the two gentlemen who delivered and set up our 65 inch Samsung were very good, quick, took the boxes away and cleared things up, However, they didn’t set up the tv to Hargray. We had to call someone from the Geek squad to see why we couldn’t get the local channels. As a result the tv still isn’t set up. Waiting for Hargray to come Tues. with a new remote and to set it up the way the second person from the square said.

The technician was efficient in mounting my new TV and explaining how to use it. He was also very pleasant and knowledgeable.
