TV delivery and setup

I was not home for the second delivery and missed the setup and demonstration of how the smart tv worked. My husband tried to remember everything they said but, having no experience with a smart tv, he was unable to grasp all the information. I haven't a clue about how it works and no manual that explains how to use apps, streaming, etc. Very disappointed and frustrated.

TTech is big disappointment/Kurt was GREAT!!

Morning of 12-9-21 when we tried to turn on the TV it was not working. Spent over 1/2 hour on the phone with Total Tech only to be disconnected. Called our salesperson, KURT MANNING, who volunteered to come out to the house & fix the problem. Special thanks -- 2 thumbs up & 5 stars for KURT going above & beyond for the customer!!!
