    The install of my 55" smart tv went without a hitch. One man showed up to hook up and hang the tv on the wall. I could not help much due to recent surgery. I was satisfied with the install. No instructions were offered, he said he had to return to finish another job he left his partner at to come to my house, but he did give me his card and phone number telling me to contact him should I have questions. LOL!!! When I called him the next week I got voicemail and he never returned my message . I even texted him to no avail.
