    My TV installation required two Geek Squad visits. The first agent installed a new Smart TV and connected it to my Roku. However, this agent was unfamiliar with the Comcast Flex streaming device and said it could not be connected. However, this was incorrect, and a second agent came to install it two weeks later. This agent was knowledgeable about both the TV's features and the connected devices and was very helpful.
