They were on time and polite. Nevertheless they left the Den TV fundamentally inoperable they installed Betflix when I told them I had cancelled this , and I did not want it1 1) and 2). The stations wee all locked And I was unable to open them! So I would say the Service your Men provided was basically unacceptable.

The techs did both a quick and great job on the installation.

The agents delivered, set-up and explained use of controls.

My original choice was Hi Sense and I ordered it and was then told it wasn't available. Therefore, I got the Toshiba 43".

I bought a new 65" Sony A9F and to make life easier decided to have Best Buy install it. I had an existing 60" Panasonic plasma already mounted so all they had to do was remove the old TV, pull an HDMI cable (which I already had taped to the old cable so it could just be pulled) and plug in power and HDMI. That was it, no setup, calibration, surround sound setup, etc. In a nutshell, this took over 4.5 hours! And multiple calls to the store, a "debate" between the store manager and myself by phone, the tech calling tech support, and them having to send a 2nd technician out (why would you only send 1 guy to remove and mount a 65" TV over a fireplace???). Sure, in the end everything worked but is it worth that much frustration? After they left I had to pull the cable myself (which was not that hard since I already had the old HDMI and speaker wire routed through the walls/basement below). The HDMI they did use was not in the port I asked it be plugged into, the old TV was not moved where I had asked them to move it. I did not want BB to take the old TV, but I got a call anyway telling me the 3rd tech was on his way to pick it up! They were able to stop him before he arrived. In the future, I will either do it all myself, or pay a little more and have a competent shop do my installs.

Well worth the service. Set up and explanation of syetem saves time futzing with wires and connections.

the installers brought the 75" TV in and installed all the needed hardware. Set up the TV picture sound and apps. Very nice men.
