    We had a TV mounted with the cords hidden. However, our sound bar has started to slant on one side and additional service will need to be completed for this correction.

    This says my service is complete....but it is not. Headphones still not connected. I was given the SKU for a part they said I could connect (which I went back to store to pickup and pay for). That did not work so the Geek people will come back Friday to complete the set up hopefully!
