    Most of the work was done by the delivery crew. They put the tvs in there place and plugged in everything

    The geeks were great installed my tv but scratched my wall and didn’t tell me about it ,I found it the next day,bummer right.

    Because of the size of the tv we opted for delivery and set-up. What they didn’t tell us at the store when we made the purchase is that there are people who deliver your tv and then there is another person that comes out to set it up. Not knowing this I got a call from a Geek Squad guy saying he would be at our house at a certain time and he asked if “we had everything” and us thinking he meant, is there a clear path to set the new tv up, etc. so we said yes. He shows up as promised and asks where the new tv is? Us thinking he was bringing it. So he leaves, an hour later the delivery people show up with our new tv! Luckily, they agreed to help pull it out of the box and install the base and removed our old tv. We completed the set-up. Again, poor communication at the store led to confusion on delivery day.
