The issue is, it's been 2 mths since my 75" TV broke...and there's no replacement, no news on the next step, everything is in the hands of Samsung. So, kind and knowledgeable service, but no action.

Misunderstanding of Bracket Installation vs TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Be careful of the "set up vs bracket installation", I was under the assumption that the fee for set up also meant bracket installation but they do not, so they ended up charging me for the additional work. I asked about what the set up was for, they said to get it on the stand, connected to the cable box or TV provider, I was like that's super easy to do.

Disconnect between Best Buy and Installers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV for my 80 year old mother who lives on the opposite coast as I do. It was supposed to be delivered on 2/1, it finally was delivered and set up on 2/19. However, the people who pick up and remove the old TV took her old TV leaving her without one for almost three weeks. There were at least 4 appointments some were cancelled due to weather but we spent hours and days on the phone talking to Best Buy and the installers. Best Buy claimed the installers were supposed to bring the TV and the installers said Best Buy scheduled it so the TV would arrive separately. On the last visit the installer showed up, said this is ridiculous and went to pick up the TV at Best Buy and installed it for them. This is not my usual experience with Best Buy. It is usually a 5+ star rating.
