    We had to have Geek Squad people out twice (original time and follow up). The first time was the initial set up and delivery. Matt was the person, and he set it up quickly but did not explain much and it seemed like he was in a super hurry. We wanted to only use one remote and Matt never explained this nor did he connect the back panels of the TV.

    what the geek squad did was good, however, they could not do the whole installation and I had to have Verizon come out and connect some cords for me.
