These two guys had to throw themselves into the breach to deliver our new TV when the original delivery guy fell ill, I was just recuperating from surgery when the old TV quit so badly needed this one, and they made a special effort to get it to me PDQ. They worked very hard and very late into the evening to get it done.

It was easy to schedule an installation date and time. My plans changed and was just as easy to change my installation schedule. The installers were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The installation went quickly and they took time to answer all our questions.

The Geek Squad had to work in tight quarters with my entertainment center, but managed perfectly. He also recommended a programmable remote which has been awesome. So much easier to work with than my previous universal remote. Plus he was able to get my old but still functioning well multi disk Denon CD player connected via the remote, so I could return the new multi disk CD player I purchased - which more than offset the cost of the programmable remote!

This is the first time I've ever had anyone come to my house to install any kind of electronics. I had to exchange my Samsung S90D and since my LG G4 came with Free installation and setup, I figured I would let them do all of the work. Good communication of their arrival. But when one arrived he had the slight scent of marijuana. Here we go! I have a large 700 sq ft bonus room. that moved items around so they had plenty of room. I tried not to micromanage but was nervous that these 2 strangers were in my house. Anyway, the moment I turned my back, I hear a crash, run into the room and see that one of the guys is breaking down a box right next to a little table that houses my wife's ceramic nativity set and is knocking the the pieces over and onto the carpeted floor!!! I was NOT happy. I mentioned to him that I moved everything out of the way and that he had the entire middle of the room to work and he decides to work right next to the wall next to the breakable. Luckily only some of the glazing was chipped off an no broken pieces. I sternly warned them to be careful. One of the guys was nice and considerate, the other guy that broke stuff was not. The rest of the TV exchange and setup was good I guess but the entire experience was not good and could have been really bad if my wife's nativity set was damaged. I really expected better from Geek Squad. I would only recommend them if you have no other options and I'm glad I didn't pay $200 for this service.

I finally had enough of Xfinity cable and wanted to try out streaming (Hulu, Netflix, Espn+, etc.]. Since my TV and receiver were both over 15 years old their technology could not stream without using an attached device. Since Geek Squad set-up my old home entertainment system, I decided to use Geek Squad to come out and perform a free in-home consultation with recommendations on product options to purchase. Based on their recommendations I purchased a new TV, receiver and 4K disk player (I have over 1,600 movies in my collection). They delivered the TV, I picked up the smaller items, and set-up my new home entertainment system. The two technicians were very professional and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with my new home system and glad I used them.

Agents worked efficiently and assisted throughout setup to restore services available on my old smart TV. They were very patient helping a senior citizen with fat fingers work through the routines.

Tim Meuse at Nashua , NH , location was excellent! So kind and helpful, showing us refrigerators and was very knowledgeable about Best Buy’s products . I sent my daughter to him and she and her burnout 2 appliances from Tim!

The two men from Geek Squad came and set up my TV and connected it up to all the services, so that I could use it completely. Helped me to program everything in with Google home, and took the time to show me at least the basics of how everything worked. Very friendly and excellent service. I highly recommend Best Buy and Geek Squad for TVs.

They Arrived when they said they would and were fast working and kept me informed. Explained what they were doing and asked if I had any questions. They were friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. My television was up and running quickly.

I am a senior citizen and know just enough about today's technology to make me dangerous. So when my 10 year old Panasonic Plasma television went out, I relied totally on my local Best Buy sales staff and their Geek Squad and they did not disappoint. The Geek Squad removed my old TV and set up the new one. They wore masks, put coverlets on their shoes and were very respectful of my residence. They even arrived early. Tyler, the leader of the 2 man team was terrific and deserves the highest praise. The only problem with the installation was my receiver. Although state of the art 10 years ago, now it is not compatible with my new 4K set. Tyler recommended a couple of 4K receivers that would be the best suited to my needs. The bad news an unexpected expense (which wasn't too bad thanks to over 10,000 points from the TV purchase). The good news the Geek Squad will be back to complete the installation. I highly recommend the Geek Squad and their extended warranties.

This set up team was excellent. Took a very small amount of time to set up TV, and connect it to my WiFi account. They explained how to solar charge the remote control, and then took all of the packaging material away.

If you have some experience setting up TV and components this is something you can probably figure out on your own. But if you have had enough fun doing this sort of thing for a lifetime, let Geek Squad make it easy for you. This is the third time I have had Geek Squad do TV and component setup and it saves me an afternoon or a day of tedium getting everything situated and working to my satisfaction. If you have the money to outsource this, do it.

Melina and the Geek Squad crew were awesome. I was getting my new very expensive (to me) 77" OLED tv unboxed and setup. The box is huge and they took great care in the unboxing. They were very careful handling this large tv and also looking out for other items. It would have been easy to accidentally hit my overhead ceiling fan but they made sure that the setup went smoothly. After placement on the tv stand they performed the initial turn on and walked me through the tv's operation and it's features. They made sure I was satisfied and all my questions were answered. I was a bit nervous about installing such a large tv by myself but also concerned that installing agents had the right skills. No worries at all! The team displayed technical expertise, professional excellence and a friendly demeanor. Oh, and they did all this in less than one hour. Well worth the money and highly recommended!

The two young men were very polite, helpful and very handsome looking. I like your Geek Squad employees for all of our purchase from Best Buy from our kitchen appliances to PC’s. The agents set the TV on our entertainment center and made sure it was secured.
