but the set up i paid for was quite not what i expected for Best Buy folks. Still have to us all my remotes to operate. ???????????????

11/25/2022 I placed an online order for an LG - 77" Class G2 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart Web OS TV with Gallery Design. I signed up for Totaltech in order to get free delivery, set up and haul away of my old TV. The delivery appointment was set for 12/09/2022. 11/28/2022 I called Best Buy @ 9:34 AM and spoke to Betty. I got cut off. I called back @ 11:50 am and spoke to Diego. He confirmed that set up and haul away is included in the order. 11:55 AM: I received a call from Daquon from Best Buy. We reviewed the specifications, and he confirmed that the delivery will include set up and haul away. I explained to him that the TV will not be wall mounted but will be placed in an existing cabinet. I also informed him that the old TV is a 73" Mitsubishi rear projection TV and will require two guys to carry it. 12:25 PM: Daquon called back and confirmed the specifications of the delivery again 12/09/2022: I called Best Buy and spoke to Monique @ 8:30 AM. She verified that the delivery includes set up and haul away of the old TV. 3:40 PM: The TV is delivered. Two guys unloaded the TV and placed it in my garage. I took one of them inside the house and showed him where the TV is to be placed. He turned and went out to his truck and drove away without saying a word. My wife and I had to haul the TV inside so it would not be sitting in the cold garage. 3:50 PM: I called Best Buy and spoke to Alex. He apologized and said he would escalate this incident and the delivery was rescheduled for 12/14. 12/12/2022: I called Best Buy and spoke to Emily @ 10:30 AM. I explained to her that I need a qualified individual to hook up the TV. She transferred me to Martina who transferred me to MG. MG said she would have someone from the Geek Squad call me back. 3:16 PM: Kate called, and she advised me to call the Geek Squad @ 888-237-8289. 3:20 PM: Called Best Buy and said again that I need a qualified individual to set up the TV. I received a notice that the appoint was scheduled for 12/14 between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM. 12/14/2022: No one showed up for the delivery, so I called Best Buy @ 9:30 AM. I spoke to Marilyn, and she informed me that the appointment needs to be rescheduled because it does not include set up!!! The appointment was rescheduled for 12/19/2022. At this point I was frustrated and angry. I hired a local firm, and they came to my house on Friday 12/16/2022 and set up the TV at a cost of $450. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in the service provided by representatives of a supposedly quality organization as I am with Best Buy.
